Product features, pricing, privacy terms, and regulatory posture change; verify current vendor documentation and your institutional policies before using any tool.

4. Intellectual property

The Course materials, frameworks (including the AI Use-Case Risk Matrix and the 3-Pass Rule), templates, videos, and site content are our intellectual property. When you purchase access, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own professional learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the materials without permission.

5. Purchases, access, and refunds

When enrollment opens: pricing, what each tier includes, "lifetime access to v1.x updates" (meaning all v1.x updates for the life of the Course), the founding-cohort offer, and the refund policy will be stated at checkout.
